These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FanLink Inc. Platform, available at https://whitelist.fan-link.io/ (the "Platform"), operated by FanLink Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
The Platform is a pre-launch whitelist registration page. Its sole purpose is to allow prospective users — athletes, entertainers, and agencies — to register their interest and request early access to the forthcoming FanLink application (the "Application"). The Application itself is not yet publicly available.
By submitting the whitelist registration form on our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register on the Platform. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform serves exclusively as a whitelist registration page. It does not provide access to the FanLink Application, nor does it constitute a subscription, contract, or commitment of any kind between you and FanLink Inc.
Submitting the registration form means you are expressing interest in early access to the Application. It does not guarantee that you will receive early access or that the Application will launch within any specific timeframe.
3. Registration
When you submit the whitelist form, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, email address, and user type (athlete, entertainer, or agency)
- Not register on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
- Not submit the form multiple times using different or false identities
We reserve the right to remove any registration that we reasonably believe contains false or misleading information.
4. Communications
By registering on the Platform, you consent to receive emails from FanLink Inc. regarding the Application launch, early access invitations, and related updates.
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from communications at any time by contacting us at fanlinkglobal@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect any processing carried out prior to that point.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and design elements, is the exclusive property of FanLink Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Platform for commercial or public purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the Platform
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with or scrape the Platform
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when registering
7. Availability and Modifications
We make no guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time without notice or liability.
We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any information provided through the Platform is accurate or complete.
9. Links to Third-Party Services
The Platform may reference or link to third-party services or applications. We have no control over the content or practices of such third parties and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, which may include a notification via email if you have provided your address. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance.
